1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the baji software platform and all associated services. By opening an account or using the service on baji software, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you use the service without reading or understanding these Terms, the responsibility for that lies entirely with the user.

In this document, "platform", "service", or "we" refers to baji software. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on baji software.

baji software reserves the right to change these Terms at any time with little or no notice. Updated Terms will be considered effective once published on this page.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on baji software, you must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. It is mandatory to correctly fill in all details including username, password, mobile number, and email. If an account is opened with false or incorrect information and the service is used, baji software may close that account at any time and forfeit the associated balance.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be permanently closed once identified, and all earned bonuses and winnings will be considered void.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji software reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for security purposes. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification. The withdrawal process may be paused until identity verification is completed.

• The name provided at registration and the name on the payment method must match.
• To change account details, you must contact the support team.
• The responsibility for account security rests entirely with the user — the password must not be shared with anyone.

3 Eligibility and Age Restriction

All services on baji software are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are not permitted to use this platform in any way.

Providing false information about age at the time of registration will be treated as a serious violation. baji software reserves the right to verify the age of any account and may request proof of age in suspicious cases.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on baji software is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Please ensure the correct reference number is used when depositing — if a deposit fails due to incorrect information, the responsibility lies with the user.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can also be used for withdrawals.

• The payment method used for withdrawals must be consistent with the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• baji software may delay a withdrawal for additional verification if necessary.

4.3 General Transaction Terms

After each financial transaction is completed, its record will be visible in the account history. If there is a problem with any transaction, the support team must be notified within 24 hours. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before winnings from it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement to fulfil is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Other Bonus Terms

All bonus offers on baji software are subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period. The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless otherwise stated in the terms of that bonus.

• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the active bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A maximum win limit may apply to certain bonuses, which will be stated in the relevant offer's description.
• baji software reserves the right to investigate suspicious bonus usage and cancel bonuses.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on baji software are conducted according to specific rules. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, baji software reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded unless the rules of the relevant market specify otherwise. In live betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time of bet confirmation are considered final.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which makes each result independent and unbiased. Live casino games are operated by reputable studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji software platform:

• Using another person's account or transferring an account to another person.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Attempting to influence game results using fraudulent techniques, software, or devices.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or networks.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 baji software's Authority

baji software reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any reason, particularly if there is suspicion of a breach of the Terms. Whether funds deposited during the suspension period are returned depends on the outcome of the investigation.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they must contact the support team. Before the account is closed, all active bonus requirements must be fulfilled and the balance must be withdrawn.
